Artwork – Yuu.

I was riding outdoors today and thought… “I wanna draw a berserker today”. And when I got home I was like ” Berserker with bare top since I need to practice on that”. But then I decided that I should just throw togheter a quick upper body with an occasional head. *drumrolls* I always admired people doing those fast, sketchy crosshatches. I actually LOVE them. But whenever I draw pencil whatever I usually 1) smudge smudge with my ’stomper’ pens. Or  2)I end up with clean as hell lineart and CG color it.

I tried to keep it sketchy. I learned a new trick how to make the lineart better after the scans (my scanner really blows) So I guess this pic served in 3 ways! Body! Crosshatches! New refined Lineart techique!
Hey I even threw in some dots.

I named him Yuu. Yuu after Yuurei (a very dear old character of mine… but in the end it also means Ghost. The name Ghost has always been dear to me from back in the days).

Drawn with my favorite 2H pencil. I love it. B pencils can go jump off a cliff =(.

Oh what the hell 8D! I know. Its not 30k from a regular good paid job. It’s not 16k from a icky paid job. I know, probably I am one of few actually totally celebrating something like this. But it just feels so darn good.
